I grew up in New Mexico, and moved to the Omaha area when I turned 20, I lived in the Omaha area until 2009 when I moved to North East Nebraska.

I have been in the IT industry since 1996 with close to 20 years of experience in a wide variety of environments.

I worked for USWest supplying end user support as the company transitioned from a MAC network to a Windows based server centered network. I have been inside every USWest building within the US. I then went to work for Mid American Energies Holdings. I worked directly for David Sokol and the executive staff. I provided 24 hour on call support any and every time they needed it.

After which I went to work for a start up called PayFlex Systems USA. I established a desktop standard and image recovery process, managed the PBX phone system, and developed the RIGHTFAX fax system, as well as assisting the vendor in development and testing of the Alchemy client (a COLD storage data system).

I then assisted with another start up, PROXIBID, just out of the Business Incubation Center at UNO. My duties included customer support for java applications, PBX Phone System VOIP applications, audio streams, and internal network configurations.

Followed by Prime Communications in Elkhorn Nebraska. Here I gained invaluable experience in wiring cable termination and wireless. We worked with CAT5, CAT5e and Fiber optic cables. I can perform cable testing with high degree of accuracy with the exception of Fiber. Its nature does not lend itself to reliable testing without specialized equipments.

My next adventure brought me to the area where I accepted a job at HARTELCO in Hartington Nebraska. I worked with many small businesses, area residents, and schools to correct network errors due to inexperienced installations, configurations or simply being "band aided" to work. I increased customer base considerably and expanded service area to include Wayne. I stream lined and adjusted billing process to reflect greater fairness to customer. Developed standards for larger clients and schools.
